With over 30 years of experience in Utility Construction Operations, Rodger has extensive knowledge in the utility industry. Rodger is a proven and successful Executive with Experience in new business startups, process implementation/improvement, contract negotiations, strategic planning, and development of new services. Rodger has built highly successful teams throughout the country and has cultivated industry relationships built on trust, integrity and honest exchange. Rodger has excellent problem solving abilities with an extensive knowledge of current technologies and associated infrastructure installation methodologies. Expert in building effective teams through mentor-ship which have consistently achieved outstanding results, Rodger Baldwin is a trusted name to those he has worked with.
Rob Lamey – President
Rob is a 36-year veteran of the communications and utility industry. He is a leader in Project Implementation, Field Operations, Logistical Execution and overall client contract responsibility. Rob is a proven team builder, assembling large groups of skilled manpower, delivering on nationwide initiatives for numerous Fortune 100 clients.
Since 2000, teams under his direction have placed thousands of miles of aerial and buried CATV and FTTx plant, passing well over a million residential and commercial units.
His responsibilities have included the oversite of major wired and wireless engineering and construction projects for clients including, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, Charter, Cox Communications, Sprint, Zayo, Crown Castle, ION, Vermont Telephone, ITRON, Great Lakes Energy, Florida Power & Light, and Yampa Valley Electric. Rob has managed budgets valued between $25M-$100M consistently over the last 20 years.
